Sylva Awaits Outcome, Expresses Concern About Violence

bayelsaThe All Progressive Congress (APC) governorship candidate in Bayelsa State, Mr Timipre Sylva has been accredited in his Dukaku centre polling station in Okpoama, Brass Local Government and awaits outcome of the election.
The card reader at first did not read the finger prints of Mr Sylva until after several attempts.
Shortly after voting Mr. Sylva who says he is optimistic of victory at the polls, however shared concerns over what he called the breakdown of law and order in some parts of the state.
According to him there has been several attacks by members and thugs loyal to the Peoples Democratic Party.
He however called on the security agencies to step-up their game to ensure that the elections are not marred by violence.
