Chelsea Vs Brighton & Hove Albion At 7:45pm - European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)-sports

Chelsea vs Brighton
Brighton head to Chelsea on Wednesday night in the Premier League.

Chelsea come into the game on the back of a jammy 2-1 win away at Cardiff last Sunday.

Despite a poor performance in Wales, goals from Cesar Azpilicueta and Ruben Loftus-Cheek earned the Blues a win they didn’t deserve.

The win boosted Chelsea’s hopes of ending the season in the top four.

Brighton lost 1-0 at home last weekend to Southampton.

The Seagulls remain in the relegation shake-up with 33 points from 30 games.

Eden Hazard in, Gonzalo Higuain dropped
On Wednesday the Times have gone about predicting the respective line-ups for tonight’s match at Stamford Bridge.

Last weekend Maurizio Sarri drew scorn for his starting XI at Cardiff.

Neither Eden Hazard nor N’Golo Kante started that match for the Blues.

However against Brighton, the Times predict both Hazard and Kante will be back in the team.

Perhaps the most interesting prediction in the Times is that Gonzalo Higuain will be dropped against Brighton.

Higuain has struggled to impress since joining the Blues on loan from Juventus.

Olivier Giroud is expected to be given the nod in attack.

Finally, the Times believe Callum Hudson-Odoi will finally be handed his first Premier League start tonight. The teenager was left on the bench against Cardiff.
