RE-OCCURING OPPRESSION OF LIVES AND PROPERTIES AT KUDIRAT ADENEKAN STREET, CANOE, OKE AFA, NEAR AJAO ESTATE, ISOLO, LAGOS.
A very ugly situation occurred in the early hours of yesterday again at the above mentioned location, where armed Hoodlums (machineries) acting for a porpoted land claimant (the families of Mr. Abiodun Ojo, alias Ojo Barber & Jokotade Bakare ) on properties that are legally established that they do not have any right upon. They came breaking down people's homes fences, gates and properties, despite their knowledge that their claim does not extend to this location, without any opposition to stop them. This same ugly situation first occurred on the 14th day of November 2015 (I.e about four weeks ago) when these armed hoodlums wearing black and some purple with just number tags on their backs came in very large numbers (well over 200) destroyed houses, churches, business units and carted away goods and belongings, and yesterday again committing same high level havoc.
As a result of these ugly incident armed robbers have taken advantage to rob several people off there belonging and properties the last time they came. Now as I write lives and properties are highly exposed and vulnerable to attacks especially at night and at anytime.

This is really really ugly !!!.. immediate intervention of higher authorities is promptly needed. These criminal ought to be apprehension, and be held accountable for the massive damages caused on properties and also putting several lives at very high risk. This has gotten out-of hands and it has to stop now !!! . They have to be apprehended and face the full wrath of the law as soon as possible, before they cause more greater havoc, of which what they have done already is. They even stationed a bulldozer / caterpillar to commence their damage, which is also attached.
We need standby security agencies to mount this location round the clock.
Also attached are documents from Lagos state Surveyor general's office showing that the above subject location land does not even extend to the claimant's land in anyway.
The composite survey plan from the Surveyor general's office of Lagos state shows that the claimant's rightful land is 3.275 kilometres away from the above subject location.
Every effort to implement justice, at the shortest possible time would be highly appreciated, as the later these miscreants are brought to face the wrath of the law, the more properties they would have destroyed.
We need a prompt action to curb this.
