$2.1billion Arms Deal: 10 Prominent Nigerians Who Can Save Goodluck Jonathan! - Politics

Since the investigation into the $2.1billion arms deal blew open, big shots in the Goodluck Jonathan-led administration are being interrogated almost on a daily basis. The arrowhead of this scandal is the former National Security Adviser (NSA), Col. Sambo Dasuki(retd.) who has been in detention since December 2015. Though the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission(EFCC) has said Goodluck Jonathan can only be summoned on President Muhammadu Buhari’s directive, there are indications that with the recent arrest of the former president’s ex-aides, he(Jonathan) may be invited by the anti-graft agency. It is worthy of note that a lot of Nigerians are of the view that only God can save Goodluck Jonathan from being prosecuted!
